Our Team
At Vibrant Integrative Health, we are led by Paige Woodward, RN, MSN, ANP-BC, a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional committed to helping you achieve optimal health. Paige has been a board-certified adult nurse practitioner for 20 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Paige's journey into healthcare began as a pre-vet/zoology major at Connecticut College. After graduating, she took a position in cancer clinical research, which ignited her passion for patient care and led her to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Yale University School of Nursing. She has extensive experience in adult medical oncology, where she honed her skills in treating complex conditions and supporting patients through challenging health journeys.
In 2018, Paige's interest in functional and integrative medicine was sparked, and she has since immersed herself in this field to provide a more holistic, patient-centered approach to health. She has completed coursework through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), further expanding her expertise.
Paige is also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach and has completed a clinical weight management certification through A4M, allowing her to offer personalized, evidence-based strategies for weight loss and health optimization.
With her blend of traditional medical training and passion for integrative care, Paige brings a comprehensive approach to wellness, helping patients transform their health and live vibrant, fulfilling lives.

We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee reimbursement, as it depends on your individual plan and out-of-network benefits.

We offer a membership-based model that provides comprehensive, personalized care. The membership fee covers direct access to your provider, extended visits, and a holistic approach to your health. Please contact us for our current membership rates.

Your membership includes longer, in-depth visits, customized wellness plans, functional and integrative health assessments, and direct communication with your provider. Our goal is to support your whole health, not just treat symptoms.

We use Quest Diagnostics for lab work, which is typically covered by most insurance plans. Medications are sent to your in-network pharmacy, so you can use your insurance benefits for prescriptions as usual.

Yes! Most of our services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator to be sure your specific services qualify.
